As Managing Director and Head of International Development of the studio, Francesca leads the studio’s expansion and works closely with clients to ensure that projects meet both creative and practical objectives. Her expertise in managing complex projects—balancing timelines, budgets, and client expectations—plays a key role. Her leadership also extends to bespoke design, where her visionary approach ensures that each project is unique and tailored to its context.
Francesca brings extensive experience from her previous work in masterplanning, where she developed a deep understanding of how large-scale visions influence interior design. This background allows her to seamlessly integrate the masterplan vision into each interior design project, ensuring strategic and cohesive design outcomes that resonate on both macro and micro scales.
She holds a degree in Architecture, a Master’s in Cultural and Critical Studies, and an MSc in Urban Design and City Planning from The Bartlett (UCL) in London. Francesca is an active member of professional networks such as the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Spanish Association of Urban Planning Technicians (AETU), and Women in Real Estate Spain (WIRES).
A guest lecturer, educator, and published author, her research interests include ephemeral architecture, brand identity, markets as socio-economic enablers, and the role of early place activation. She has taught at IADE School of Design and the Higher Technical School of Architecture of Madrid (UPM). From 2020 to 2022, she served as Executive Director of the MSc in Real Estate at ESCP Business School (Madrid campus).
