Nippon Paint A.C.E.D Awards 2023 recognizes Architects and Civil Engineers
KSM Architects and Green Sketch Consultants in the Residential and Commercial category from Tamil Nadu bags “Project of the Year” award
Nippon Paint, one of the leading paint manufacturers in Asia, successfully hosted the Architectural and Civil Engineering Design Awards 2023 (A.C.E.D Awards) to recognize and commend the highfliers in the architecture and design industry.
Committed to sustaining support for the architectural ecosystem, the Nippon Paint’s A.C.E.D Awards celebrate their successful third year, acknowledging the talents and achievements of individuals from Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. Participants underwent evaluation based on criteria encompassing design, functionality, originality, innovation, aesthetics, sustainability, colour selection, cost optimization, sensorial and spatial experiences, along with their project narratives. The awards encompass various categories, ensuring a diverse and inclusive event, where winners are recognized with fame and accolades.
This event also saw the launch of Nippon paint’s Indoor Thermal Comfort Coating and Insulation Solutions highlighting the importance of Indoor Thermal Insulation which will be the key for sustainability in the future. We work with subject matter experts who understand the Indian Climate conditions to drive towards sustainable Nation. It also witnessed the launch of Creative Colour Awards by Padma Shri Ar. C N Raghavendran from CRN Architects which provides a platform for Architects, Interior Designers and Space owners to exhibit innovative, purposeful use of colours in spatial design.
A.C.E.D Awards 2023, ‘Project of the Year’ award, was won by KSM Architects and Green Sketch Consultants in the Residential and Commercial category Respectively.

The esteemed members of the jury panel were Manoj Ladhad – Co Founder (Architecture paradigm), Aruna R – Business Leader (Space Matrix), M Anand – Deputy Executive Director (Indian Green Building Council), CR Raju – Founder and Principal Architect ( CR Raju Associates), Ramalingam Natrajan – Founder and Principal Architect (Ramy Design Associates), Venkat – Founder (Nataraj and Venkat Associates), and Varuna Arvind – Co Founder (Arvind Varuna Associates).
