Through architectural and landscape design that blends Portuguese Style with Neo-Classic, the design highlights the identity of Lisbon’s coastal architecture. A central plaza serves as a key landmark element that harmonizes with the historical context of the city of Lisbon in an elegant way.The design concept adopts Eclecticism, selecting materials, colors, and plant varieties to create a vibrant and refreshing atmosphere while maintaining a harmonious integration with the surrounding environment.

Welcoming visitors with the atmosphere of a coastal city from the moment they arrive.Featuring a Drop-off Plaza with wave-pattern paving inspired by Stone Mosaic Art at a landmark in the center of Lisbon. The design blends modern architecture with vibrant Street Art style, creating a lively atmosphere, enhanced with exotic plants that add warmth and a distinctive character.
