1. Neutral Architectural Base
The main buildings use a palette of white, cream, and light grey as the primary architectural colors. These tones create a clean, contemporary appearance while reflecting natural light, making the courtyard spaces feel brighter, more open, and more spacious. The neutral palette also serves as a backdrop that allows the greenery and water features within the landscape to stand out.
2. Warm Natural Accents
Balconies and architectural elements are highlighted with warm wood-toned finishes. This color choice introduces warmth and softness to the building façade, balancing the modern geometry of the architecture while reinforcing a relaxed, resort-like living atmosphere.
3. Signature Color Element
The vibrant orange-red spiral stair elements at the rooftop level act as a signature design feature of the project. These bold accents are intentionally introduced to contrast with the neutral building tones, creating a strong visual landmark and improving the recognizability of the development.
