This project draws inspiration from the character of the Khlong San,where brick was once a predominant material used in local architecture. This heritage is reinterpreted through the project’s signature brick-orange palette, which becomes the primary color. The tone creates a distinctive architectural identity while subtly embedding the cultural roots of Khlong San into the design. Beyond enhancing the building’s visual presence, the use of brick orange also serves as a contemporary way to preserve the district’s historical narrative.
Flo by Sansiri is the latest condominium development by Sansiri, located in the vibrant district of Khlong San, Bangkok, an area that has rapidly emerged as the new CBD on the Thonburi side of the city. The project embraces the concept of “Khlong San Historical Twist,” drawing inspiration from the district’s historical identity, where brick was once a dominant building material. This heritage is thoughtfully translated into the project’s signature brick-orange palette, which becomes the defining color of the development.
The tone not only creates a strong visual distinction but also subtly reflects the cultural roots and character of Khlong San. The launch of Flo marks Sansiri’s return to the Khlong San area after nearly a decade, with the project’s distinctive brick-orange identity designed to capture attention and resonate with its target customer while celebrating the neighborhood’s historical essence.

The brick-orange tone is not applied solely to the building’s facade; it is also thoughtfully woven into the landscape and interior design throughout the project, creating a cohesive and continuous design language across the entire development.
Beyond the distinctive brick-orange tone that reflects the project’s strong concept, dark grey accents are introduced on the building’s facade as a complementary contrast. This pairing enhances the overall composition and allows the orange tone to stand out more prominently when viewed from a distance. As one moves closer to the building, the atmosphere transitions into lush green landscaped areas surrounding the project, where the greenery forms a natural contrast with the warm orange facade, further enriching the visual experience of the architecture.
